By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Sellers

As a seller, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of advertising placements
• Honor the terms of your listings
• Deliver services as described within agreed timeframes
• Respond to buyer inquiries promptly
• Not misrepresent traffic, engagement, or other metrics

Buyers

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Pay for services promptly through our escrow system
• Provide necessary materials for ad placements on time
• Confirm delivery when services are completed satisfactorily
• Not abuse the dispute system

Platform Fees

BuySellClick charges fees for marketplace transactions. Current fee rates are displayed on the platform. We reserve the right to modify fees with advance notice.

All transactions are processed through our secure escrow system:

• Payment Hold: Buyer funds are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed
• Release: Funds are released to the seller upon successful delivery confirmation
• Disputes: Either party may open a dispute if issues arise
• Refunds: Issued according to our dispute resolution process

We support cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other supported currencies. Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the user.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-24 hours. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals for security verification.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings
• Manipulate traffic statistics or engagement metrics
• Attempt to circumvent our escrow system
• Engage in money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Scrape or collect user data without authorization
• Advertise illegal products, services, or content
• Promote adult content, gambling (where prohibited), or controlled substances

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BuySellClick and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service.

You represent that you have the right to use any content you submit and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

Transaction Disputes

If issues arise with a transaction:

1. Attempt to resolve directly with the other party
2. Open a formal dispute through our platform
3. Provide evidence supporting your claim
4. Our support team will review and make a decision

Dispute decisions are final and binding. Abuse of the dispute system may result in account penalties.

Legal Disputes

For disputes with BuySellClick, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for user-generated content or transactions between users
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harm to other users or the platform
• Extended inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Funds in escrow will be handled according to our standard procedures.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English.
